After a stressful experience trying to reach another hotel in Delaware, Ohio — where no one would answer the phone, not even for Expedia — staying at the Baymont by Wyndham in Marion completely changed our trip around.
From the moment we checked in, Erica at the front desk made me and my son feel genuinely welcome and cared for. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. You can tell she truly cares about the guests staying there.
Jessica from housekeeping was also incredibly sweet and kind. Every time we needed something, she made sure we got it quickly with a smile. Small acts of kindness matter when you’re away from home, and both of these women made a lasting impression on us.
And we HAVE to talk about the rainbow pool! My son absolutely fell in love with it. We originally planned a much shorter stay, but the pool alone convinced us to stay 3 extra nights because he did not want to leave. Seeing him so happy made the trip even more special for me as a mom.
Thank you to the staff at Baymont by Wyndham Marion for turning a stressful situation into such a warm and memorable stay. We will definitely remember this trip for a long time.

The staff was extremely helpful when we realized that I had accidentally booked the wrong weekend. They got us in a room. The hotel is a little dated, but it was clean and served the purpose. If you are expecting a luxury resort, then this is not your place. If you are looking for a clean room and good bed to rest for a night, then this hotel certainly fit the bill.
