Came down to Cbus from Curtice, Ohio to take our very sick Sheltie, Mario, to MedVet. They gave me a list of hotels in the Columbus, Worthington, and Polaris areas to stay that allowed dogs. It was almost midnight by the time we found the Red Roof Inn Plus had a room available! He said it was a non-smoking room with a king size bed, refrigerator, microwave, large screen TV, bathroom with sink, vanity, toilet, tub/shower, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, a very nice desk with a decent office chair and a separate comfy chair to sit on. Ample supply of towels & dispensers with hand soap, lotion, body gel for shower/shampoo and conditioner. Room was comfortable and we were able to get just the right temp in our room. Everything was so clean and it smelled fresh. The staff was so helpful and kind! Day and night staff were great. My wife was so tired, and totally forgot the apps on her cell. She took out her cell and opened booking.com as Sam helped her pick out the room & even gave us a discounted price! He said if we needed to stay for a few days, he could keep us in the same room. We felt safe and well taken care of so late at night! Check in and check out was easy. Thank you to day & night staff, and to those who made sure we had a clean, comfortable stay! We will definitely stay again if we need to come to Columbus in the future! P.s. We even went to the Cbus zoo in the evening to see the Fall Lantern Lights. Absolutely beautiful and it was Zen...we needed this after the stress of a unplanned trip to get our furbaby, Mario.
We didn't expect to be here with a sick furbaby. It would be impossible to not like this hotel.

The beds were comfortable. It was quiet and the staff were friendly. Very clean room.
Overall it’s an older property that needs some attention. Our room there were spots of paint was off the wall. The bathroom, had what looked like a mold issue on the ceiling.
