Well maintained, very clean, well furnished.
Value/Size
The downside is that the size of the room was quite small for the price. Almost all the other hotels in this block have much larger rooms for the same price. How small? While laying on the bed, it is possible to reach out and touch the side wall.....

Good Overall service.
The only point of frustration was their early checkin fee.

Price was right.
Shower and sink drained very slowly and would back up while in use. The lobby and common areas had faint smells of marijuana.
