Very nice hotel, friendly staff, very helpful and welcoming. We arrived in much later than expected dir to a delayed flight, quickly & efficiently checked us in, so we could get to our room & crash!
We’d stay here again when we visit Durham again

Room was clean however had to ask staff for fresh towels. Even on the day room was cleaned, only left 1 towel.
Staff was friendly and courteous.

The experience was great but was quiet and safe. We had a great breakfast to get our day started each morning. The staff were very attentive and asking how they can assist all the time. I highly recommend this place.
