Only stayed one night following Plymouth to Santander ferry crossing. Great location for the port & train station.

My experience was last minute booking, as the hotel I was staying at could not extend me an extra night. Everything from checking in, to getting my room early was great! Room was clean and got everything I needed, plus a marvelous view of the Centro Botín and Paseo Pereda from the 8th floor.
I had to leave the next day to the airport on the first flight out, they called a cab and it was there within 5 minutes.
Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful.

Every thing was great. However, the day we check out, they didn’t mention the Santander airport opened at 5am. We left the hotel at 3am, waited out site the airport for 11/2hrs freezing until the doors open. No one at the hotel informed us of the airport schedule!!!

Exceptional position.
Parking in hotel underground for payment.
Nice size comfortable room but lacking tea/ coffee making facilities in room.
Would strongly recommend this hotel.
