The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was very close to all the restaurants and cafes.
We reserved a parking space, which turned out to be a space in a garage. Very secure space.
We had a balcony which was a nice outside space to get some fresh air.
Offered cold drinks water or pepsi, nice touch.
No tea coffee making offered in the rooms

The manager. Superb. Funny, pleasant and professional. He’s wasted there and should be somewhere far posher.
Location is great
Very very tired and tatty. Shower didn’t stay upright so you had to hold it
Paid a premium price for the outside balcony but no privacy from next apartment or the ones above

Very comfortable bed, exceptionally clean hotel. Friendly staff. Local bars and restaurants within walking distance were all good.
The large double glazed window that looked out onto the bay from our bedroom was blown so a lovely view was obscured by condensation. No coffee making facilities in the room.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, we received a room upgrade and were given several suggestions on places, activities and restaurants in the area. Parking is small and has to be "booked" in advance, and although there was a tiny issue upon arrival they made sure to solve it promptly so that we could actually park inside shortly afterwards.
The room had an amazing view over the city and the bay, the bed was big and comfy.
Breakfast might be a bit better, with fresher products and wider options.
The bedroom curtains do not cover the entire window, so light can be a bit annoying already in early morning.
But overall, excellent value for money considering it was Easter weekend.
