nice boutique property in central santander, friendly and attentive staff

really cute property, good location, friendly staff!

only downside was the balcony was so close to next door and vice versa that they could see into our room when they were in their balcony. didn’t like the lack of privacy there.

Lovely little hotel

Modern decor, very clean, spacious, and very welcoming staff. Good wifi

The noise of people walking in the room above was very loud. I didn't use the pool but it looks very shallow from the window

Schöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Stadt

Tolle Lage, Fussläufig in die Stadt und selbst zum Strand.Sehr freundliches Personal.

Das Bett war meiner Meinung nach nicht gut. zu weich und jede Bewegung des „Nachbarn“ übertrug sich. Ich habe tatsächlich nicht gut geschlafen.

Accueil parfait, propreté moyenne !!

Le personnel (Dany) très sympathique poli et attentionné

La signalétique de l’Hotel. J’ai tourné autour sans le voir 3 fois et pourtant je suis un grand voyageur et j’ai l’habitude de chercher. La chambre nécessiterai un brin de rénovation. Et surtout la propreté de la salle de bain laissait à désirer ( des poils et cheveux dans la douche).

El lugar perfecto para disfrutar de unos días en Santander

Me encanta la ubicación, el personal, la habitación acogedora, el desayuno y la cafetera de la habitación, la tranquilidad, en fin, todo, por eso repito cada vez que voy a Santander.

Excepcional!

Muy recomendable. La atención de todo el personal es excepcional, especialmente Paula que fue con la que más coincidimos, nos explicó al detalle los sitios para visitar y lugares para comer. Se agradece el detalle del desayuno con productos de cortesia, café agua, a diario. Nos mejoraron la habitación con vistas al mar, un recibimiento especial con una copa de cava. El sitio es muy cercano al centro, se llega bajando unas escaleras a la izquierda de la entrada al hotel. Si tenemos ocasión repetiremos sin dudarlo.

De maravilla

Estuvimos fenomenal y el trato del personal muy bueno. Daniel y Cesar no pudieron ser más atentos. Nos pusieron una mejor habitación, nos explicaron los sitios que podíamos visitar y nos encanto la visita.

Muy positiva

Hotel céntrico, muy bien ubicado para ir caminando al Centro Botín, Ayuntamiento y zona de tapeo. Excelente ubicación cercana también al paseo marítimo. La atención del personal fabulosa, especialmente de Daniel, que estuvo muy atento a nuestra estancia haciéndola aún más agradable. Habitaciones y espacio muy bien decorado, limpio y con un aroma agradable y característico. Muy bonita la decoración navideña.

Por mencionar algo “mejorable” aunque es complicado de llevarlo a cabo es el tema del parking, si llevas un coche de grandes dimensiones se queda escaso el espacio pero es un mínimo contra respecto a todas las ventajas.

Warm welcome, helpful staff, comfortable room and great location.

Very friendly and helpful welcome, a glass of cava and great recommendations for where to walk and eat in the area. Very comfortable room and easy parking on the premises. It didn’t feel like an anonymous chain hotel, more like a family run small hotel!

Comfortable stay in a super location

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Reception check in was very friendly and a welcome glass of cava. Pointed out places of interest and some dining suggestions all extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

Le petit déjeuner vraiment léger voir très léger. Plateaux déjeuners dans la chambre à notre arrivée 2 biscuit (corbatas)sous vide et 3 expressos 1thé gingembres citron et 2 pommes 😔

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Das Zimmer hat sehr viel Stauraum für das Gepäck. sehr gute Beleuchtung. Sehr schöne zentrale Lage. Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Parkplatzbuchung zu empfehlen.

Bad gut, aber im Duschbereich sind die Silikonfugen zu erneuern. Auf das verpackte Frühstück (Tablett im Zimmer) kann man verzichten.

Great location and very kind staff

+ perfect location just few steps above the city centre + very kind and nicely dressed staff + parking available on the streets for free or in the hotel courtyard for a fee + nice chill out zone around the small pool + building is looking great, obviously after well done reconstruction, the room we had was a bit small, but we did not need more space just for one night + while we were waiting for the check-in, we were offered a glass of local sparkling wine Cava

- it was not a negative, but keep in mind that the toilet and shower is directly connected to the room, so not much privacy

Una buena opción en Santander.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en una calle residencial con arboles y cerca de un área de restaurantes y bares. El personal que nos recibió fue muy simpático y amable siempre, con el detalle de una cava de cortesía en la llegada y también recibimos buenas sugerencias acerca de donde comer/visitar. En general la experiencia estuvo muy agradable y pasamos algunos días muy buenos en Santander.

Pues, algunos pequeños detalles. Esperábamos que las habitaciones fuesen un poquito más grande por las fotos. No hay mucho espacio para moverte ahí, meter equipajes más grandes y etc. La salida para el balcón puede ser un poco más difícil para personas mayores y la puerta que da acceso no se queda abierta, cierra sola por el peso ya que no hay como fijarla. El Parking es bastante pequeño, mismo reservando antes casi no entraba nuestro coche. Lo que te dan de desayuno en la habitación no es de hecho un desayuno, es algo muy sencillo y pequeño que dejan en la habitación, como paquetes de cosas cerradas de mercado que no son muy frescas ni sabrosas. Creo que este es el punto más importante que podrían de hecho mejorar y dar un poco más de atención. De todos los modos son detalles pequeños que no comprometen la experiencia.

Excelente hotel servicio ubicación y relación precio calidad y con atención más que personalizada .

Llegamos al hotel con la referencia que nos dieron sin ningún inconveniente. Dani nos atendió de 10 y nos ofreció una copa de cava fresca reparadora y que degustamos mientras nos hizo los tramites de ingreso y adjudicación del parking allí mismo. Esta cerca del centro pero en una calle tranquila y podes hacer los paseos caminando .

Nada . Todo perfecto.. La verdad nos hubiera gustado quedarnos más días o llegar con más tiempo para disfrutar de las instalaciones ya que tiene una piscina y solárium muy agradable que da sol hasta tarde .

Jorges and Paula are very friendly and helpful. Pool is lovely and just enough! Location for bars and beaches is superb. El Puntal beach by boat is beautiful.

Superb

The room was comfy, the staff was extremly friendy and gave us lots pf great tips.

There was no parking available for us so we needed to park a bit of a walk away. The location is very close to the centre but does require some stairs so keep it in mind.
