A very cute hotel in a central location, with pleasant and welcoming staff. The entrance and lobby (=bar) give the feeling of a 3* hotel, but the room itself is spacious and cozy and the beds are very comfortable.

Pro: The breakfast buffet (which you pay extra for) was excellent! Major Con: we had no wifi in our room (we were upper floor, away from front desk). When I mentioned it to the front desk staff, they just shrugged and said they don’t know why we can’t get it. We are not the only ones - when we checked in, I heard another guest complain about it, but we weren’t in our room yet so I couldn’t test it. This caused me to use a lot of data that I wasn’t planning on.

I never really leave reviews but this Hotel deserves it. I threw my back out while in Lisbon, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help me. They checked in, helped me with bags, and even helped me walk to my room when I was injured. They were beyond amazing.
