Good beds, good size rooms, pretty good location- close to lots of cafes, restaurants, Avenida da Liberdade. Breakfast was fine-not huge variety, but enough, and items were changing daily
Outdated bathroom, one air conditioner wasn’t functioning properly, not having an option to opt out from daily cleaning- we prefer to reuse our towels over the short stays, but it was not an option- they had daily maid service that was not really needed, plus- maids kept opening shutters during the sunny parts of the day when we had them closed to help keeping the room cool in July weather. Overpriced really

Location was great - the room big enough for a short stay and very quiet - breakfast was more than adequate
I only wish plans of the city had been available at the from desk. Everything else was as expected from the Booking.com site if not slightly better!

The breakfast was nice. The person in reception was very nice and did their best to help us with everything.
The other guests staying at the hotel was completely strange/drunk.
