Hotel was well maintained & a nice location next to a river. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Rooms were modernized and well decorated.
However, walls were very thin- you could hear people walking and dropping items on the floor above you, water running, toilets flushing, and weights being dropped from the gym on the floor below us.

Breakfast was the typical Holiday Inn fare -it's a varied and decent start to the day with lots of options.

Clean, convenient to OSU campus, and great views of the river right behind it. Slightly far to walk to restaurants or bars but not bad if you don't mind walking.
