Easy check in process and appreciated the 1200 checkout. We were able to utilize the pool area later in the morning before checkout. Valet was easy and helpful. The room was clean, well kept and quiet. We even had a balcony that overlooked Bay Street. Just a fantastic hotel.

Awesome bar with best cocktails in town ( even beats new Cooper hotel)

Morning coffee needs improvement , but good pastries.
Gym is very small and not even basic :(
But still an excellent stay overall
Rooms are soundproof . No street noise .

Absolutely incredible hotel. Immaculate rooms and overall common areas, superior housekeeping staff, reception staff etc.
The location couldn’t be more perfect either and very easy to reach. Everything is walkable from here and the city market literally runs alongside the hotel.
My only small complaint was a very basic gym but we made do. Outside of that it is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Superb and highly recommended!
