The hotel is very good, staff always polite and willing to help in any situation. Position is excellent next to a tram stop for easy and cheap access to all areas of Krakow.

Breakfast suited me fine with many options. Staff were lovely and helpful They have their own restaurant right opposite which served me the best pasta dish I have ever eaten. There is a shop next for which is very handy. Public transport is nearby but only about a 20 - 30 mins walk to the old town and the Jewish Quarter. Room very stylish, spacious and modern. It was a wonderful stay.

The hotel reminds me of a small subsidery of a Motel One. The interior is nice, clean and stylish. Drinking water is free. The hotel is separated into several buildings. The parking space is made for small cars.
