Location is great. Very close to Wavel Castle and near the river. Good breakfast, own parking. Great for a short stay.
You'd better take the yard view, it is more quiet. We had our windows facing the road, it was a little bit loud because of tram and cars.

Location is great if you are travel to/from airport, but not easy to reach if you need the cental railway station. 5 min walk to castle, there is shop, coffee bar in 2-3 min. Workers are amazing
Not so clean as expected, quite loude if your room has window to main entrance side, air conditioning might be better
$$$$
