I am not sure why this hotel has low ratings. It is a very good hotel for couples or families.
I would reduce just one point because the bathroom structure feels a bit old-style, but it is clean and neat. The room furniture, bed cleanliness, and coziness are top-notch. The service is also nice.
I would surely recommend this hotel!

It was a great place to crash for the night. Family dollar is just behind the building making for an easy walk over to grab snacks. Staff is very friendly.

This is an older property that has dome issues and wear. However, the location, price, and pet friendly accommodation fit the need perfectly,

We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable or bed was and how cleaned everything appeared, sheets and all. Only had to spend one night as we were traveling from Az to Idaho. And very affordable. Luved it!
