Even though it was a renovated basement it was very cute and well done and we did not hear noises from the homeowners above us. The homeowner greeted this outside when we arrived. The inside of the place was very clean, had everything we could need, including snacks. There was a small basketball court in the backyard and a lot of outdoor toys to play with. There was a pickleball court two blocks away and the owners provided paddles and balls. The location was just about 30 minutes from Bryce National Park, which was the reason we chose the location.

The host was super friendly and the place was really clean and welcoming. We specifically chose the place based on having a fridge and kitchen but the living and dining area was a nice touch. One thing missing that was mentioned in the listing was laundry - there was no laundry on-site but a laundromat in town. Since the listing is in the basement of the house you do hear footsteps and noises from upstairs but that was to be expected. Overall was a good place to stay.
