The beds were comfortable. The shower was a strong spray with hot water. The bathroom was clean. The location was convenient. Check in and out times were reasonable. Coded door was great.
Shower floor is slippery. Maybe add some grip to help others not slip. My wife found several hairs on the bed sheets and pillows. Maybe check those details. I didn't notice them myself and know that takes a lot of time to check in laundry.

Self check-in was easy and well explained before the arrival.
Lots of windows that could be open because the area allowed it (not a common thing in the other motels that we went to).
Tea kettle and essential silverware, cups, plates.
Benches outdoor, one for each room.

next door to a private home and facing the highway, but quiet overall. easy parking. surprised to have a fridge, microwave, and real dishes and silverware at this price. love the quirky quaint ambiance.
a/c fan didn't seem to cycle; stayed on the entire time. tried every setting and nothing changed. also, not possible to communicate with staff: we arrived 2 hours early and would have loved a way to check in early since the room was clearly ready at that time. making us wait until closer to the 4pm checkin time seems arbitrary.
