The staff were a large part of why I will stay here again and had such a good experience there. Sandy in particular, but also the woman in the cafe, were so lovely and helpful.
The location is perfect, an easy walk to the beach and some stores. It’s on a hill so it also has a beautiful view. It’s not a fancy hotel but has all the necessary amenities and has been well maintained.
The room we stayed in was older but the small kitchen was completely functional, the beds were comfortable and the temperature easily controlled.

We enjoyed our two night stay immensely. How could we not, with a lovely view of Good Harbor Beach and a seven minute walk to get there. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming. The property is clean, attractive and well maintained and the Continental Breakfast was well-stocked and appreciated.
The ONLY downsides: the water, which took several minutes to get hot (which they made us aware of at check-in) and the shower which was a bit crowded with the soap dispensers on the wall.
And if you're a smoker, you're asked not to smoke even outside on the deck - which my wife found disappointing as we sat and watched the sun go down. Smoking is allowed only in one designated area in the rear of the property.

Everything was great, restaurants and activities are close by. Quiet motel. Only improvement would be a bigger and better breakfast, it was adequate but could be better.
