It was clean and well maintained.
Room service only left towels but didn’t make the beds, which was really not a big deal.

Whenever we go to Gloucester, we always stay at Captain’s Lodge. It’s nice to stay this year and found that they renovated the rooms and it looks really updated, looks cleaner and brighter.
The keycard didn’t work on the other door from the other side. The pillows are a little too soft.
