We had a room down stairs that was very nice and clean. We had a leak in the shower area that came from the ceiling. I informed the lady that managed the resort. And asked for another room which she had no problem moving us to a bigger room. They just put in new air units in the rooms and not all if them worked yet. So we got moved to another room upstairs with a fireplace and a BEAUTIFUL view of the mountains. We had a 180 degree view. And this room was alot bigger than the other two rooms. Ask fir room 308 you won't be disappointed. All staff was very polite and helpful. I would gladly stay there again.
