We needed a place to stay for one night while visiting for a graduation. We found the Regency to be clean and neat but very basic which suited our needs. It was close to restaurants and a grocery store. It worked fine for a short term stay. The rooms are old and could use an upgrade. The carpet needs to be replaced, but the price was right.

Small, but clean and comfy... could use some upgrades though facility wise.... the outlets for electricity didn't work so well... but a good value!!!

I have stayed here several times with no issues even when I have to arrive late at night. The staff is always helpful and the rooms are always clean.
