The staff were friendly and extremely friendly.
The only problem was a staff member in the pool side restaurant who worked on the Thursday 23rd Aug who was extremely rude.

Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms were modern, clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable. Pool area fantastic, lovely lifeguard. Only downside was not much choice for lunch and drinks way too overpriced and even had to pay for water. (Thank god for the onsite shop and fridge in room)

Didn't love this place. The location was bad. There was no old-world Spanish charm in the neighborhood surrounding this hotel. It was like being in a low-rent tourist spot in Jamaica. It was also very far away from any real action or attractions. There were no taxis, and it was difficult getting there.
