Amazing breakfast and dinner. Spotless! You can feel the hotel had its splendid times in the past with all good quality finishings of the room and jetted bath. The resort has many things for a family holiday including tennis court, small but good gym, kids club, big pool for families and all the entertainments for kids as well.
I have to say it’s my first time seeing staff cleaning a plant leaf by leaf! The furnitures are old but they are spotless!
The staff love their job and they do a good job as well! We had issue with one room and got a new room without any issue. My boy was sick and they gave kettle free of charge, which is usually 5 euros otherwise.
The only thing that worth mentioning but deff not the hotel’s fault is that the location in on the cooler place of Tenerife. If you want to go to sea activities like scuba diving etc, you will need to drive just move 1hr to the other side, the sunny side of Tenerife. To us, we drive around 2:30hrs a day. For a week, it builds up, but we don’t really mind. Preferring staying in a quiet place!

Room was clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom was very big, but could do with update, bath/shower area in particular. We still enjoy our stay very much. Food was excellent, staff ever so friendly and helpful. Striking views from everywhere in the hotel - room balcony, pool area and dining room! We would stay again. Thank you!
