The hotel has been excellent from the beginning.
We were exhausted because of flight delay and couldn’t find the driver at the airport for pick up service. It was midnight and I should have be more careful, but they find the way to reach the driver soon and arranged us to arrive at the hotel safely.
The room was also amazing. We could see beautiful cloud and mountains from the room.
The meals are, too. Buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, everything was delicious and fresh. My young daughter loved them.
More than anything, the staff was great. So friendly kind, polite and supportive. It made our stay perfect.

This is the most wonderful country hotel, perfectly situated with so many amazing amenities. I swam in the heated pool in the middle of winter. I didn't have a bathing costume but could buy one at a very low price. Sham our walking guide was fantastic. All the staff without exception were friendly and helpful. The hotel somehow discovered it was my birthday and made birthday cake for me, and all came to sing happy birthday. That was so touching, unexpected and wonderful - thank you! My room was absolutely beautiful. I hope to return one day soon.
