The site
that overlooks the valley.
Lack of a nearby walking area or track. The quality of the food. The unwelcoming demeanor of the front office staff. Noise pollution generated by the hotel and the neighboring establishment was disruptive.

The view is amazing.
Food. It's horrible for the amount they are charging. Room is too average. Washrooms gets hot water in 5 mins so you have to waste a lot of water. Also it's chilling in washrooms so it's difficult.
