The Fort Resort is in a stunning location with views over the valley and to the Himalayas beyond. It has a lovely Serene peaceful atmosphere and the food is very good.
Exceptional staff who are gentle, very welcoming and take time to offer tea and make sure everything is ok. .. Beautiful well cared for gardens are a joy to relax in.

Fantastic views, pictures can do no justice. Friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond.
We arrived to heavy rain and cloud and it was still a lovely place to slow down, play boardgames and eat lovely food. When the cloud cleared on our final morning though, we really felt the wow!

Great hotel with a beautiful morning view, delicious breakfast and helpful staff.
We spent one night there and got useful recommendations for the next day hike.
The hotel is a bit far from shops and restaurants, but not really an issue given the excellent service.

The room was large and the beds were very comfortable . The view was amazing , the outdoor sitting areas were beautifully landscaped and looked straight on to Mt Everest . The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The Fort is a beautiful place to stay and i would highly recommend it - we wished we had stayed longer.
It was great as it was . No TV in the room , but that is not necessarily a bad thing ! No fridge or milk in the room but the staff were happy to give us some milk . Nowhere we stayed in Nepal had milk in the room , but were happy to provide it on request.
