We arrived a little early before check in but the reception were very helpful in letting us leave our luggage and getting our rooms ready. Overall we thought that the hotel is very good value for money

The two female receptionists (not the one guy!) were awesome. The hot tub and steam room weren’t working, but they resolved the issue in a very positive and satisfactory way. Their service took this hotel from good to awesome.
