Modern, spacious, comfortable room in a convenient location in between the airport and Reykjavík. Located in a cute walkable area with nearby shopping, restaurants and convenient parking. Bathroom and shower were roomy and modern with great water pressure.

We really enjoyed our stay at Strand Hotel Apartments. The apartment was very nice and comfortable, and we absolutely loved the surrounding area. It was a great place to stay and we would definitely come back again. The overall experience was excellent, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay.
The fridge could have been cooler, and the apartment was a little dusty in places.

I extended my stay for an extra night and saw that multiple identical rooms were available online. However, the customer service representative via chat was extremely unhelpful and refused to manually combine my reservations. They told me I would have to check out of my room and check into another one, which made no sense. Because of this total lack of flexibility and lazy approach, I decided to cancel the extra night and move to another hotel instead. Later, when I asked for a late check-out, they simply denied it without trying to accommodate me. The self-check-in system is fine, but the actual customer support team is very disappointing and hostile
