Initially I was given a room that had a refrigerator not working properly and the phone didn't work for me to timely let them know, I went down to the front desk and the employee was friendly and worked quickly to get me into another room.
Everything after that went very well. The price for the amenities was a good deal.

Parking is bad. People with not disability parking in the those spaces. If you pay on the day you book your stay. They charge yo u supposedly $100 for early pay and should refund you, but they don't. Rooms were clean but the bathrooms needed alot of upgrading

poor sound proofing, walls as designed on both interior and exterior transmit sounds.

I stayed here for three months and they only changed my sheets one time. You’re supposed to have housekeeping every two weeks, but it would be several weeks before my trash got changed or I got clean towels.
