The only criticism I have is the site lists one of the main amenities as sound proof rooms and all I could hear literally all night were rude neighbors blaring music till after 4 am! That’s not soundproof and super annoying

Looked for a clean, convenient and slightly upscale for a Harry Styles MSG show weekend and the EVEN was perfect. Staff was super friendly, room was clean and bigger than expected which is a nice surprise for NYC. Would absolutely stay there again!
