The room was very comfortable and clean. The manager that was on site was not helpful. She did not know where the ice machine was, we locked ourselves out of our room and there was no one on site with a master key. Someone had to go to the Pelham main property to get us a key to let us in our room. Also, We had brought our own martini glasses and they were taken out of our room by housekeeping. These were four new glasses that I had bought specifically for our trip and we did not get them back. Also, the food choices from the tides restaurant are the basically the same as The Pelham house and the menu is very limited. While we had to wait for someone to go get us a key to get back into our room, we sat in the bar and had a drink and we paid for the drinks. The manager was not very complimentary and was quite put out by the fact that we had accidentally left our key in the room and locked ourselves out. We only had one key for four of us.

Good location. I love the old-school key; it was clean. Beds comfy. I would definitely stay again.
