Breakfast was very good - we enjoyed the fruit options, the gluten free options for toast (for two in our party) and loved the hot breakfasts option, which varied every day.
The closest beach was the Pleasant Street beach which we walked to one morning but rode the bike to every afternoon. The beach is less than a half mile away.
We took advantage the free bikes, beach chairs, the pool, corn-hole game and the various outdoor seating areas.
Location was central to the several wedding events we were attending, as well as being near great restaurants for lunches and dinners.
Just a few minor items that need attention - the closet space was not great for being able to hang floor length dresses, the toilet in our room made a loud whine upon flushing and the shower head leaked while on. The bathroom items didn't bother us terribly and I was able to hang both mine and our daughter's dress from the closet trim board.

There was a fascinating kite store, excellent ice cream store, and a decent pub.
Breakfast was skimpy. The room was resupplied every two days. My wife gets chilled easily and there was no way to heat the room to her comfort level

Breakfast was OK, nothing special. The hosts were pleasant and helpful. More like a bungalow experience than a hotel. The parking was right in front of the cottage. The beach was a 10 minute walk though a residential neighborhood.
It's an average cottage type place. The accommodations and small and taking a shower was difficult. The beds are very short and small also. It wasn't too quiet as people were constantly talking, coming and going all around your sleeping quarters. The pool was small and in the middle of the parking area.
