We have stayed at this hotel many times and will be coming back again in September. However, be mindful of where your room is. We opted this time for a standard room and ended up in room 139 (first floor at the back of the hotel near the bins), which were emptied every morning between 2am and 5am. We are light sleepers and this did wake us up. Go for a pool view if possible, or maybe a higher floor.
The food is very nice and the pool area is lovely. Never any rush for a sunbed throughout the day. Staff are lovely. Free shuttle bus (10 minute ride) into Palma Nova is great for a beach day :)

The breakfast menu was wide-ranging and very tasty. Staff were superb and very helpful. The room was clean and the cleaning staff were lovely. The pool was well-looked after and cleaned thoroughly.
