What a pleasure to be a guest in this charming hotel. Perfect location near the tram with lots of places to eat. Our host made us so welcome. Breakfast was superb, the garden enchanting. The effort and care put into the property and your stay is apparent. Parking available- do let them know in advance if you require a space. With all the giant hotels flooding Nice, this is a restored gem. So much of the original details have been preserved and beautifully complemented with the necessary modern touches throughout the property. Bathrooms are spotless. They don't make these elegant homes anymore, so here's a great opportunity to experience the charm that helped make Nice famous. A quaint, charming and elegant hotel at an affordable price,

The garden was lovely but there was climbing a few floors to get to the rooms. I made it bot found it a bit difficult.

Nice room, fresh and clean, great bathroom with accessibility, good wifi, decent breakfast, less than 10 mins walk from a tram station, friendly staff.
The hotel has a lovely garden where breakfast was served and made for a peaceful pleasant start to each day.
We were very pleased we chose this accomodation as it lived up to its ratings here and elsewhere, and would gladly stay again.
