The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They arranged our airport transfer and we were walking distance to the port to board our cruise ship. I can’t say enough about the friendly and helpful staff.

We arrived late, entered the room and thought "there's nothing here". No restaurant, no breakfast, no bar.. just a reception a room a shower and a bed. Our view was a blind wall full of graffiti and after the first night I was ready to pack it up and go. The next morning we met Sam. Sam is the person who entertains the guests and how! This man is brilliant and the reason we decided to stay another night. The rooms are squeaky clean. I Honestly have never been in such a clean hotel in my life. It is situated close to everything. Sam says it's the team that gets them the high ratings, I'm sure of it.

Staff were really polite and helpful!
There on constantly someone in the lobby so you get help and you can leave your luggages there if needed.
Free water bottles and clean room.
No complaiments!☺️
