From the moment we arrived at this hotel we were welcomed by some wonderful staff. The hotel entrance and reception was extremely clean. The welcome drink was a wonderful extra. We stayed in a hot tub suite which was amazing and had great views of one of the pools.. during the stay we were regularly given pool towels, beach towels and new room towels if you needed it the food at breakfast and dinner was amazing with plenty of choices healthy options and really fresh. The seating around the hotel and during the evening entertainment was plenty never fighting for a seat either at the side of the pool or during the evening the drinks options were lovely.. it would’ve been great if we could’ve paid cash for some of the drinks particularly by the pool. It was great to have local amenities close by to the hotel, including shops, other restaurants and the beach. This is my second stay here and again would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a peaceful escape, in a luxury hotel where all staff treat everyone the same. Thank you again for a wonderful holiday.

Great location. Friendly staff always happy to help.
Coffee could be better! The machines are rather slow. Food was good, especially at Kimera. We enjoyed the daily DJ and could always get a sunbed. Rooms are nice however lack of wardrobe space. Glad I was only there for a few days!
Bar drink options were good. Only annoying thing is you can’t charge your room or use cash when at the pool side. We used the gym several times and were happy with the equipment and it was always clean
