Cotswold gardens is a good option in Armidale. My room was spacious and comfortable, a noteworthy issue I’ve encountered in my room is poor wifi connection and poor phone reception in the room. The walls are rather thick brick so the reception is blocked.

Overnight stay in clean room, comfortable bed, aircon and fan working well on a hot evening, bathroom clean and functional. Parking outside room under cover. Good stay!

Bathroom had issues - toilet button broken, shower head unstable, soap and shampoo dispenser broken. Main bedroom comfortable. Good car parking space.
