We came in July, which is considered as low season, which is good and bad. Good as it is not too busy and we were able to eat in the restaurants we wanted, didn’t have to wait long for a table at the buffet restaurants and were easily able to do the activities we wanted. Downside is the seaweed which meant the beach was not accessible and not all restaurants were opened, and those that were opened, weren’t opened all the time. All staff were helpful, and we had David and Cielo as our concierge, who were super helpful for us at Villa 59. Highly recommended. Saw wildlife, coatis, agoutis, iguanas, plenty of birds and even a small snake.
