My single room was super clean and had 2 huge windows with a direct view of the Carmelite church. Space was very tight but who spends time in a hotel when in Krakow? Room darkening curtains were super useful given the street lights and the early sunrise. Breakfast works for all kinds of habits and diets. Hallways have water dispensers and rooms have electric tea kettles with instant coffee and with tea bags. Would’ve liked a mini fridge though I don’t know where it’d fit.
Location is excellent and price is incredibly fair, in particular because of the ample breakfast choices. Car and taxi traffic in front can cause delays, as you’d expect in the Old Town area.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff and a great location. If you are going on day trips ask for a packed lunch to take with you!
Overall great base to explore Krakow!
