Easy access, friendly host, definitely returning back

Quiet, clean, safe, convenient. Near Old City, transportation, pharmacies, tourist food and other shopping. I was only disappointed that “ground and a spacious room for one person floor” while technically true at the back of building, was realistically a semi-basement with my bedroom being under street level. There was a dehumidifier available just in case. The room lock was unreliable. Staff were immediately available by whatsapp. They suggested a different lock, which worked without fear of getting locked out.

Done a lot of hostels in Krakow, this would be among the best!
Good location and friendly bed, the extra pillow was there upon request , as was a towel after I had enquired about it !
I’d never had to rent a towel before at any accommodation in 55 years, I wasn’t starting now!
Noisy only on one night, due to paper thin walls and party orientated residents!
Don’t pick the room next to the kitchen, there are unconscionable swine 24/7 banging and crashing, black out blinds would have really been welcome, all in all 8/10
