As usual, wonderful and helpful staff. We love the area. Walking distance to many restaurants, but on the quiet end of Thames St.

- No restaurant - not even a snack bar.
- Not within easy walking distance of anything.
- If you want only to use the pool, fitness center or out door lounge area, this place is for you. For anything else, you'll need to go (drive) elsewhere except for maybe The Elms mansion. And, traffic is horrendous.

We loved this hotel and it was perfect for our 2 young kids. It was an easy walk to the wharf and heart of Newport. Our kids loved playing in the indor and outdoor pools and there were plenty of lounge chairs and tables. The suite was spacious and we loved having a dining room and sitting area for the kids to play and eat.
