The staff was fantastic. The location is amazing and easily get to all the things that you wanna do while in Chicago. The only one thing that I can complain about is the air conditioner in the room makes a very loud noise while it’s running and can impede sleep.

The hotel met all of our needs. Breakfast had a good selection and the hot choices changed daily.
Unfortunatley the one of the lifts broke down so there was only one working for guests to use, at times there were long waiting times.
Be aware that this hotel is by a busy road and the noise (even on the 13th floor) was loud!!! We were there 4 nights and hardly slept as we are not used to it.
Special mention to Elizabeth who checked us in, so friendly and helpful.
Hotel was just around the corner from the big bus tour stop and the river walk.
