Good, free breakfast. Nice and accommodating staff. Great location to the waterfront, Millenium Park, restaurants, etc.
There was a cockroach in my room, which staff came to remove. However, we were not compensated for the inconvenience.

Great location, friendly helpful staff
Very small room... uncomfortably small room. Bathroom door didn't work. Cramped elevator area... difficult with a mobility device.
