Location was fantastic - best I could choose. Room was clean, spacious, staff was friendly. Breakfast wasn't the best - it was ok just the variety of choices was limited. But it was nice ...The view from my window on the Riverwalk was stunning. i will definitely choose this hotel again

Hotel location was perfect for what we wanted to do... just steps from Michigan & Chicago River, Art Institute, etc. Room was spacious and nicely appointed.
Was told room would be "cleaned" (fresh towels daily) but it only happened on the first day of our stay (3 nights). Would not have minded, and could have asked for service but when told the service would be daily, that is what I expected. As it was, the room was cleaned around dinner time and not earlier in the day.
