Location
The breakfast was too expensive for the lack of variety. My partner is also gluten intolerant and there were barely any options. The air conditioner in the room went out during the first night of our stay. The technicians fixed it but we still couldn’t adjust the thermostat.

We are regular guest when in Chicago and stay here.
My wife and I was stuck in our room for over five minutes due to the door being stuck. We switch rooms prior due to not being able to get into the room due to door being stuck.
