Stay was excellent, room was amazing and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Can’t recommend this hotel enough to anyone staying in Krakow!

Booked a 1 night stay in a standard double classic room. It was on the 1st floor. The room was very pleasant, lovely coffee machine and fridge with carton of fresh milk and juice, bottle of prosecco also left in ice bucket in room, great shower. Looked out onto an internal courtyard which was very grim.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the accommodation itself was far more astonishing than expected. The view from the room to the town square was so unique and the jacuzzi in the room was unbelievable.

Everything was perfect. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was brilliant and well cooked. The rooms were very clean. I just wish we had a window to see out of. Some the hotel is beginning to look a little tired.
