From our late arrival at almost midnight because of flight delays we were met by a very warm and welcoming lady at the front desk. She facilitated our check in so we could rest soonest. We really appreciated that. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Bathroom very clean! Although everything was very clean we could not help but wonder about the smell of cigarette smoking upon entering our room. They did state 100% no smoking! Breakfast was a pleasant experience. Not too much options or variations but everything prepared would be the favorites one would seek in a breakfast buffet. Two fruits, 2 cereals, yogurt, porridge, coffee with fresh ground beens caffeinated or decaf! 4 types of bread, 2 types of juice, Scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and Sausages! Great spread! We come here for the breakfast! No nonsense hotel, smart, mod, clean and bright - with matching great staff!

This is our second time here while visiting Chicago and it was so nice. Staff was friendly and kind as always. The bed was super comfy and the 11am check-out Sunday was so nice so we could take our time and sleep in. Room was clean and well stocked. We plan to be back and choose this hotel again. It is our go-to for the Chicago area!
