The staff were all very helpful. The room started out very clean. We had a nice view of the street and loved that the windows opened. Small kitchenette with fridge, hob and cooking supplies was nice to have. The daily cleaning consisted of making the bed and removing trash, so any other cleaning was up to you, or you could pay extra for it. With no cleaning supplies other than dish soap, the kitchen area, floors, and bathroom were pretty messy by day 3. Definitely get up to the roof, it has a spectacular view and you can just see the Eiffel Tower between two buildings. The location was excellent. From CDG you take RER B to Les Halles and transfer just a few feet to RER A to Gare De Lyon. Not hard with luggage. Overall, I would recommend, but be prepared for a slightly upgraded studio apartment rental feel with some hotel amenities (luggage storage was a perk).

We had an amazing stay here. We did not get the breakfast so cannot comment on that. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great location. Would definitely recommend. Staff was very accommodating. We did not receive coffee pods in the room but a simple ask at the front desk provided them.
