Location, cleanliness
We checked in at 10pm at night on the 07th August, the staff at check-in was rude and the lady at the bar was also rude when we wanted to buy some water after a long day of travel.
The gentleman at front desk on the night of 9th August was very friendly and helpful.

Spotless clean, minor incident (our fault) dealt with professionally, extremely polite staff, convenient location with M6 and M14 metro stations.
Area slightly dodgy but didn't really feel unsafe.

Well positioned next to the stadium, we had a large spacious room for the 4 of us.
The breakfast was horrible for our taste.
