Absolutely perfectly situated for a show at Accor Arena - steps away! Breakfast was plentiful and good quality.
Rooms were clean and coffee maker was well appreciated.
Short walk to Gare de Lyon and right across from Bercy metro station.
Nothing for us.
Not sure if noise from a concert would be able to be heard at the property so something to keep mind of if you’re looking for an early night.

Lovely, very quiet in rooms, no sound from other guests or the Arena despite its proximity. We attended a concert next door and it was so easy to get there. Beds were made up neatly each day. Any questions we had were well answered by reception.
Some staff a little unfriendly/unhelpful. At breakfast one morning, we only left our table after 10 mins to return to the buffet and our table was stripped which was annoying. Another morning, tables were being cleared of all cutlery and mugs at 9.15am when it states its available til 10am.

Location was great
Room was good
Breakfast was good.
Wished we had a fridge in our room
No sink in the toilet ( wasn't expecting that in a Novotel in 2026)

The location is ideal
The poor cleanliness and the staff was intrusive. They did not respect the check out times and invaded our privacy without notice.
