New hotel in a quiet part of town, lovely to walk around on the Parisian High Line. Rooms are silent and feature black out curtains and a fully functional kitchen, lots of bakeries nearby and great coffee shops too (Loud Coffee is a block away).
The patios could use some more furniture and shade, the gym exists which is great but it's pretty small but perfectly suitable for a couple of days - there's great running right outside the door.

A housekeeping staff member opened and entered our room without knocking, before check out time and asked us when we are leaving!!
The room was dusty.
