The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We sent our luggage here and it was handled well by the staff. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were wonderful.

Great place to stay near the shopping district, a station, and a luggage delivery service. Would stay again if I'm ever in Kyoto!

The hotel is within walking distance to the Karasuma Line and bus stops, making travel and sightseeing easy. However, the bathroom was quite dirty, there were some brown stains near the drain, and the shower curtains had black spots/mold on them. Would choose another hotel next time we visit Kyoto.
