The hotel has a magnificent location. It is very well maintained, very clean.
The food is very good and varied.
The roof top bar great, the pool is great.
And what is really worth mentioning: the staff is amazing, well trained, kind, patient and willing to help you with whatever you need. I really liked this hotel and will for sure recommend it.

The hotel is walkable to the Yuyuan garden and the Bund. It has a rooftop bar which has an amazing view of the Shanghai skyline. Among all the staff, Ms Lulu has stood out the most. She was helpful and accommodating to our inquiries and concerns. Staff like her can really make a difference in a guest stay experience.

The staff can be more polite. There is no single smile to be seen on their faces. When I don’t speak in Chinese they get annoyed and act as if I am a nuisance

Great hotel, perfect location and beautiful large room. Had conditioner as well as shampoo which is always a plus. Great shower, kettle and tea/coffee but no milk.
